Shipping Policy

PRS Ayurveda currently ships all Ayurvedic skincare, wellness and pain relief products across India only.​
 

Shipping rates
 

  • Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders anywhere in India.

  • If any shipping or COD fee applies in the future, it will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.​
     

Order processing and delivery time
 

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).​

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier partner. Remote locations may take a little longer.​

  • We use a combination of trusted third‑party courier partners and our own delivery network to ensure safe and timely delivery of your Ayurveda products.​
     

Order tracking
 

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.​

  • You can track your parcel in real time by clicking the tracking link or entering the tracking ID on the courier’s website.​
     

Delivery issues and support

  • If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us at ayurveda.prs@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos (if applicable).​

  • For damaged, missing or incorrect items, we will investigate with our courier partners and work with you on a quick resolution as per our return and refund policy.​

Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange eligibility
 

  • As Ayurvedic skincare and wellness products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, returns are only accepted if the item received is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect.​

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.​

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and email us at ayurveda.prs@gmail.com within 24 hours if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, along with your order ID and clear photos/video of the issue and outer packaging.​
     

Return window and request process
 

  • Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this period cannot be accepted.​

  • To initiate a return, email ayurveda.prs@gmail.com with your order number, full name, contact details, and reason for return, plus supporting photos/video where applicable. Our team will review the request and confirm whether it is approved for return, replacement, or refund.​
     

Return shipping and inspection
 

  • Once your return is approved, we will share the return instructions and return shipping address. In some cases, a reverse pickup may be arranged through our courier partner, subject to PIN code serviceability.​

  • Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Using a trackable courier service and keeping the receipt is strongly recommended.​

  • After the product reaches us, it will be inspected to confirm the reported issue and to ensure it is unused and in original packaging with all labels, seals and accessories intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.​

Refunds and replacements
 

  • If approved, you may choose either:

    • A replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or

    • A refund to the original mode of payment.​

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and approved. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary by bank or payment gateway.​

  • If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full or partial refund (as applicable) will be offered instead.​
     

Non-returnable items and general terms
 

  • Items marked as “Sale”, “Offer”, “Free Gift” or “Non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or incorrect on arrival.​

  • PRS Ayurveda reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. The version displayed on the website at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
