Order cancellation policy

You can request to cancel your order by emailing ayurveda.prs@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing it, mentioning your order number, name and reason for cancellation.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations after dispatch

Orders for PRS Ayurveda products cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been shipped or handed over to the courier, except in cases where the item received is damaged, leaked, defective or incorrect as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders that are already delivered cannot be cancelled and are only eligible for support under our “Damaged or Incorrect Product” Return & Refund Policy.
Refund timelines for cancelled orders

For successfully cancelled, prepaid orders (before shipment), refunds are typically initiated within 2–5 business days, and the amount is credited back to the original payment method as per your bank or payment gateway timelines.

Any payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable, may be deducted as per industry practice and will be mentioned at the time of refund.
