REFUNDS

Refund eligibility
 

  • Refunds are only offered for orders where the product received is damaged, leaked, defective, expired or incorrect compared to what you ordered.​

  • As Ayurvedic skincare and wellness products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, we do not offer refunds for opened, used products or for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or dislike of fragrance/texture.​

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item by emailing ayurveda.prs@gmail.com with your order ID, a brief description of the issue and clear photos/video of the product and outer packaging.​
     

Refund request and approval process
 

  • Once we receive your refund request, our team will review the details and evidence to verify the issue and confirm eligibility. In some cases, we may ask for additional photos, video or information.​

  • If the request is approved, we will inform you whether a return pick-up is required or if a direct refund/replacement will be processed without return (for low-value products where reverse logistics is not feasible).​

  • Where return is required, you will receive simple instructions and the return address. Products must be returned in original packaging with all labels, seals and accessories intact.​
     

Refund processing timelines
 

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after virtual approval where a physical return is not required.​

  • The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at checkout (bank, card, wallet, UPI), subject to your bank or payment gateway’s processing timelines.​
     

What is refunded
 

  • For approved cases of damaged, defective or incorrect items, we refund the product value along with any applicable taxes.​

  • If the error is on our side (wrong item shipped, product damaged in transit), standard shipping charges for that item will also be refunded or a free replacement will be arranged.​

  • Shipping charges, COD fees and convenience fees are otherwise non‑refundable.​
     

Refund exceptions and rejections
 

  • Refunds may be refused if: the product is returned used or partially used, without original packaging, with tampered seals, or without required proof of damage/defect.​

  • We do not offer “trial” or “satisfaction” refunds on Ayurvedic products, and no refunds are issued for orders where the package was refused or not accepted after dispatch, except in confirmed cases of damage or incorrect delivery.​
